Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping will only be reimbursed for shipment errors or defective goods. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all packaging materials. Damaged products and missing components will be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for returns. Please allow 3 to 5 working days after we have received your returned merchandise for your credit to be processed.
Canceling your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email customer service immediately at info-shop@gillbarco.com. Please note: If your order has been processed and shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.
