Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Help! I can't find my tracking number.

You should receive an email confirmation with a tracking number after your order has been shipped. If you still can't find your tracking number, log in to your account to verify your order history.

I recently purchased an item that is now discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts.

How can I get a refund?

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for returns received within 30 days from ship date.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email customer service immediately at info-shop@gilbarco.com or through our Contact Us [link to page] page. Please note: If your order has been processed and shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.

I entered the wrong information on the shipping page, can you change it?

If you realize an error after you’ve placed an order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We cannot make any edits once an order has been processed and shipped. We are not responsible for incorrect input of customer information including but not limited to your name and shipping address.

What payment methods do you have available?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards.

Do you have a mobile app?

Our store is fully responsive, and viewable on most web browsers and devices. We do not support mobile applications for our online store at this time.
